Making Your Reservation

We have a reservation fee (1/3 of
rental amount) that can be
paid by check. We will hold reservations for one week if you
wish to send a check or money order. You will receive a
confirmation packet of your reservation by mail. Final Payment
is required before check in. We accept check, money order,
cashier’s check.
Cancellation Policy
You are financially responsible for the
entire confirmed reservation. A written confirmation will be
issued for any changes made by telephone/email. Please
understand that once we have lost income from a rental, it
cannot be recovered, and our season is very short. In case of
cancellation, for any reason including personal emergencies, our
ability to return your deposit / rent depends on our ability to re-rent
the unit for those dates. We will make our best effort to do so,
and the longer notice we have, the better our chances. If we
cannot re-rent, the deposit is forfeited. If we do re-rent, we
will return your deposit less a $50.00 handling fee.
